Internet Fraud Alert

Omni Hotels & Resorts is committed to being the employer of choice in the hospitality industry. This notification is intended to advise potential applicants that Omni Hotels & Resorts does not request personal information or money via email as part of our recruitment process. At times individuals and groups can falsely present themselves as authorized company agents. It is important that you are able to recognize these fraudulent emails. Characteristics of fraudulent emails include but are not limited to:

  • Email from an address other than "@omnihotels.com"
  • Poor spelling and improper use of English
  • Often one or more of the following is requested: money, scanned copies of personal documents, and bank account information

In order to ensure that all recruitment activity is conducted by an authorized company representative, Omni Hotels & Resorts adheres to the following recruitment standards:

  • A face-to-face interview is required before any offer of employment will be made.
  • All offer letters will be presented on official letterhead and signed by an authorized company representative.
  • No personal documents will be requested from applicants prior to receiving an official offer of employment that follows a face-to-face interview.
