Omni Hotels is a privately owned, mid-size company that operates 43 luxury hotels in the top business gateways and leisure destinations in the United States, Mexico and Canada.  The company’s portfolio includes new properties, registered historic landmarks, exceptional convention hotels and relaxing golf and spa resorts.  Each Omni Hotels location offers luxury accommodations with unsurpassed service.

Omni Hotels is steadily expanding existing properties and entering new markets across North America.  The company opened two new locations last year and has made considerable capital investments in existing properties.  Omni Hotels is a founding member of the Global Hotel Alliance.

Amenities & Services

  • In-Room Wireless Internet Access
    Omni Hotels was the first luxury hotel brand in the United States to offer free wireless Internet access to all guests in guest rooms and public spaces, beginning in 2003.  While other hotels offered complimentary access in public spaces only, Omni Hotels was the first to provide guests free wireless access in the privacy and comfort of their guestroom.  Today, Omni has given this unique benefit to our valued members of our loyalty program -- Select Guest.  Patrons can sign up in the program for free and experience personal preferences and services delivered to them during each stay, including the use of free high speed internet access.  The service allows guests to log on through their WiFi-compliant network interface card (NIC), a standard feature in most new laptops. Wireless adaptors are available for a small fee at the front desk of each hotel, allowing guests to access the system through their traditional Ethernet NIC if their computers are not already equipped.
  • Get Fit Kits and Get Fit Rooms
    Omni Hotels was the first in the industry to offer the option of in-room workouts for its guests.  Guests can request free of charge a Get Fit Kit that contains 2-pound dumbbells, a floor mat, stretch cords, a mini AM/FM headset and a bottle of water.  The Get Fit Room, which guests can request for a nominal fee, features a treadmill and a Get Fit Kit.  These specially designed rooms offer privacy, convenience and added value to travelers who are committed to staying fit while on the road.
  • Airline Miles Program
    Guests can earn 500 airline miles per qualifying stay, including most business travel rates.  Omni Hotels’ Select Guest® Program Gold Members also earn 500 miles per stay on most leisure, government and group rates.  Select Guest members become eligible for Gold status after just six stays.
  • Select Guest® Program
    Omni Hotels’ customer loyalty program, Select Guest®, is designed to provide personalized service to frequent guests.  Members receive express check-in and late check-out privileges, free stays for spouses, complimentary morning beverage service, nightly turndown service and a choice of a USA Today, Wall Street Journal or the local newspaper each morning.  Members also have access to an exclusive toll-free reservation number, 1-800-FOR-OMNI (346-6664).  Select Guest members who achieve Gold status can expect guaranteed room availability, a no-walk guarantee that ensures their reservations will always be honored, special bonuses such as 50-percent-off weekend night stays, complimentary room upgrades and a unique level of personalized attention and special recognition.  Omni Hotels’ most loyal members are rewarded with complimentary nights and other surprises.
  • Omni Kids® 
    Omni Kids® is a program that caters to the wants and needs of Omni Hotels’ youngest guests.  Upon check-in, children receive a goodie bag containing an activity book with crayons, foam boomerang, list of top 10 area children’s attractions, emergency phone list, post cards, a refillable drink cup and “Omni Kids” program information.  Kids also can request a suitcase of toys, books and games customized to their age group to use during their stay.  In addition, safety/first aid kits are available that include a night light, outlet covers, a forehead thermometer and other important items.
  • Executive Service Plan® (ESP)
    ESP is designed to meet the needs of the corporate travel planner and their business travelers.  The plan provides corporate travel planners with benefits that simplify the reservation process and enhances each guest’s stay.
  • Omni Express®
    Omni Express® offers a direct hotline for meeting planners to connect with Omni Express representatives at the hotel of his/her choice.  Written confirmation of the meeting plans are sent within 24 hours.
