Omni Hotels has taken another step toward achieving our vision of being a global four-diamond hotel company. As partners in the Global Hotel Alliance (GHA), this growing network of hotels and resorts will provide us with the opportunity to align our brand with other luxury hotels in more than 160 destinations in 41 countries, while continuing our focus on the development of key North American markets.
GHA is a group of small and mid-sized hotel companies that have developed brand dominance in different regions of the world. As founding members of the group, Omni Hotels serves as GHA’s partner in North America; Kempinski Hotels & Resorts in Europe; and Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts in Asia. Joining this alliance provides us the opportunity to spread our brand message worldwide while providing international travelers with peace of mind by helping them select accommodations that meet exacting standards.
Other hotel companies that have recently joined GHA include Dusit Hotels & Resorts, Landis Hotels & Resorts, Marco Polo Hotels, the Leela Palaces and Resorts, Anantara, Cham Palaces & Hotels, the Parkroyal Hotels and The Doyle Collection.
Based on the airline alliance model, GHA is the world's largest alliance of independent hotel brands. It uses a common technology platform to create memorable experiences for guests by offering enhanced recognition and personal service across all brands.
The Global Hotel Alliance is proud to announce two additional global airline partners: Etihad Airways based in Abu Dhabi and Singapore Airlines based in Singapore. Beginning May 1, Omni Hotels along with the other GHA member brands will begin offering frequent flyer miles for these airlines.
