JAMES D. CALDWELL — President, TRT Holdings, Inc., Chief Executive Officer, Omni Hotels
Jim Caldwell is president of TRT Holdings, Inc., a privately owned, diversified holding company located in Irving, TX. Assets include the luxury hotel brand Omni Hotels & Resorts, Gold's Gym International, Tana Exploration, Waldo's Dollar Mart in Mexico and numerous investments in public companies and various real estate ventures. Caldwell also serves as chief executive officer of Omni Hotels & Resorts.
MICHAEL J. DEITEMEYER — President
Since his appointment as President in July 2004, Mike Deitemeyer has established the company as a leading hotel brand known for delivering superior quality, award-winning service and exceptional guest experiences. He is responsible for establishing the vision for the company and ensuring that all areas are effectively driving together towards those goals.
Under his leadership, Omni Hotels & Resorts has been ranked "Highest in Guest Satisfaction Among Upscale Hotel Chains" in the J.D. Power and Associates Hotel Guest Satisfaction Study(SM) two of the last five years. The brand has also been noted as a top luxury brand by Consumer Reports and Entrepreneur magazine during his tenure.
He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Global Hotel Alliance, Meeting Professionals International Foundation and Global Hotel Network Advisory Board.

MIKE GARCIA — CFO and Senior Vice President, Acquisitions & Development
Garcia is charged with spearheading Omni Hotels & Resorts' aggressive growth cycle over the last several years. Recent acquisitions and developments created under his leadership include the purchase of the renowned La Mansion del Rio and the award-winning Watermark Hotel & Spa in San Antonio, the Omni Fort Worth Hotel and projects underway in Dallas, TX and Pontoque, Mexico.
Garcia is responsible for accounting and reporting, treasury, purchasing, risk management and capital project accounting for Omni Hotels.

JOY ROTHSCHILD — Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Joy Rothschild rejoined Omni Hotels & Resorts as senior vice president of human resources in January 1998. In 2002, the department was recast as Associate Services to formalize the company's service commitment to the people who make Omni Hotels a success.
Rothschild currently serves as chairperson of the American Hotel & Motel Association’s Labor committee.
Rothschild is a Hotel Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Golden Bell Winner and a 1992 recipient of Omni Hotels & Resorts' President's Award for developing the Omni Service Champion employee recognition program and the Power of One employee empowerment program.

TOM SANTORA — Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President, Sales
Tom Santora joined Omni Hotels & Resorts as chief marketing officer and senior vice president, sales in 2008. In his position, he is responsible for establishing and driving a strategic plan across all disciplines, including advertising, public relations, e-commerce, customer loyalty, global sales, revenue management and electronic and call center distribution.
He was included as “One of the Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Sales & Marketing” by Hospitality Sales & Marketing International (HSMAI) for 2008.

MICHAEL G. SMITH — Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Michael Smith joined Omni Hotels & Resorts in 1996 and has served as General Counsel since 1998. Smith manages all legal matters, including the planning, structuring and negotiation of acquisitions and joint ventures. He also coordinates the company's financial and investment transactions.

As senior vice president of food & beverage and brand standards, Rosenstock is responsible for creating exceptional food and beverage programs across the brand. Rosenstock also maintains and develops brand standards for Omni Hotels & Resorts' guest rooms and other operational areas to ensure compelling brand differentiation.

JEFF SMITH — Vice President, Operations and Loyalty Services
At the beginning of 2009, Jeff Smith rejoined the company in the newly created position, vice president, loyalty services. In this role, Smith collaborates and spearheads initiatives across virtually all disciplines within the organization to ensure the vision of a heightened level of personalized service is flawlessly executed, creating memorable experiences for Omni's guests. In April 2009, Smith launched the next generation of Omni's long term recognition-based program, which includes enhanced services, new technology implementation and more rewards options for the guest.
