Royal Suite

The Royal Suite is on the fourth floor of the hotel and overlooks the corner of Royal and St. Louis streets. This elegantly appointed suite provides a luxurious residential New Orleans experience and showcases original artwork by local artists. A separate king bedroom comes with a private balcony overlooking Royal Street as well as an oversized bathroom with a luxurious marble shower and floor. Penthouse Suite

At 1,550 square feet, this seventh-floor suite is near the rooftop pool, bar, fitness center and observation deck, which boasts the best panoramic views of the French Quarter and mighty Mississippi River.
