For a more intimate affair and wedding event pre-function area, consider our James River Ballroom Foyer. Bathed in natural lighting and ceiling-to-floor draperies, this open area lends itself to any number of event configurations to exceed any wedding visionary’s expectations. No idea is too big or small for this elegant venue.
POTOMAC ROOM
Showcased by 10’ floor to ceiling windows the Potomac Room provides and elegant atmosphere to host your more intimate wedding with close family and friends. Located on the second floor your guests will gaze out over the Atrium during their cocktail reception then float into the Potomac Room for an evening of festivities. Maximum dinner attendance: 120 guests

Bathed in sunlight or sparkling under the stars the Atrium Balcony overlooking the four story atrium is the perfect location for an intimate bridal luncheon, rehearsal dinner or farewell brunch. Maximum event attendance: 80 guests

The food service went without a hitch, and we have gotten SO MANY compliments on the food itself. It was FABULOUS! The entire wedding went beautifully and flawlessly.
My experience with the Omni has been exceptional from beginning to end. I never really had to ask many questions because I was provided with all the necessary information. My room was spectacular.
