Romantic Things To Do In Austin

• Carriage Rides
  Take a horse drawn carriage ride through downtown Austin.  This service can be arranged directly through the hotel.
• Oasis on Lake Travis
  Watch the sun set while sipping a margarita at the Oasis on beautiful Lake Travis.  This venue is referred to as the Sunset Capital of Texas. 
• Mount Bonnell
  Take a hike up the 99 steps of Mount Bonnell in northwest Austin.  During the day time, this is a great place to have a picnic and view the magnificent houses that line the shores of Lake Austin.  In the evening you can catch a spectacular sunset!
• Winery Tours
  Take a tour of the Texas Wine Country.  You can do this as a self guided trip or even hire a limousine!  Most tasting rooms are open year round, and some are even coupled with art galleries.
• Elephant Room
  Head down to the Elephant Room on Congress Avenue for live jazz music 7 nights a week.  Music at this cozy basement bar starts at 9 p.m. every night.
