Santa Catalina Collection: The Santa Catalina Ballroom, crafted by the Zebrowski Design Group reflects a stylish meeting environment coupled with the warmth from breaktaking views of the rustic Sonoran desert, pristine fairways and silhouetted mountaintops. The ballroom is divisible into seven individual salons or combinations to accommodate a variety of meeting sizes. The foyer surrounds three sides of the ballroom and overlooks an extensive outdoor terrace. This signature ballroom is newly constructed within the $70 million transformation.
- Sonoran Collection: A 2,900 square foot grand salon is divisible into two salons to accommodate conferences that allow for general sessions, exhibits and private events. Centrally located to the south of the reception area, the Sonoran offers privacy and convenience. The Sonoran Terrace offers a scenic venue for outdoor receptions, breakfast, luncheons or dinners and refreshment breaks.
- Ironwood Collection: The Ironwood Salons combine for a 2,650 square foot intimate meeting room and provide versality for smaller break-out sessions and conferences. Located adjacent to the Ironwood Terrace overlooking the 18th hole, the outdoor venues offer additional flexibility. Named after the Sonoran Course's logo, the Ironwood Tree complements the natural environment throughout the resort.
- Salons on Posada Upper Level: The Cypress, Desert Willow and Madrean Salons are located on the upper level of the Posada and convenient to the reception area. These salons are permanent rooms that provide ideal conference and private dining venues. The Cypress tree, imported for the many beautiful residences surrounding the fairways can be enjoyed from a variety of vantage points. The Madrean represents the Madrean Sky Islands which are intensive mountain tops viewed from above our Sonoran Desert.
- Salons on Posada Terrace Level: On the Sweetwater Terrace Level, three individual salons provide additional venues for smaller conferences and/or break-out sessions. These salons are conveniently located one level below the Santa Catalina Ballroom.
- Special Event Outdoor Venues: Tucson National provides unique venues for special event gatherings from a traditional Tucson style barbeque at Mesquite Corral located at the resort to a traditional sophisticated lawn event. Gardens may also be enjoyed for outdoor activities, teambuiliding, private fitness/meditation classes and celebrations offering a change of pace to enjoy the spirit of the desert and the majestic Santa Catalinas.
