Robert's, a casually elegant restaurant, invites guests to a unique dining experience orchestrated by Executive Chef Jon Dornbusch, Restaurant Sous Chef Steve M. Queen and their Culinary Team.
The menu features local ingredients from regional farms to create Comfort Cuisine that partners with the tranquility of Rock Creek Park and the history of the Omni Shoreham Hotel. Some of our featured dishes include the following: an Almond Crusted Fried Brie, a Braised Beef Short Rib Sandwich, a Sautéed Crab Cake Maryland-Style Sandwich and a Pineland Farms All Natural Burger. Some of our Main Plates include: Turkey Pot Pie, Eggplant Parmesan Napoleon, Mac-n-Cheese with Jumbo Lump Crab Meat, Spaghetti & Meatballs and a Stuffed Meat Loaf.

This Valentine’s Day, the Roberts Restaurant and its team offers a decadent three-course pre fix menu including a glass of Kenwood Vineyards, Brut, “Yulupa Cuvée”, Lobster, Filet Mignon and nutty sweet treat as well as Chef Steven M. Queen’s traditional comfort food “a la carte” menu. Seating’s begin at 6pm and end at 10pm. We seat every 30 minutes and allow 1hour and 30 minutes per reservation. The Flavors of France” evokes the genuine essence of French food, wine, champagne and cocktails. Painstakingly designed to capture your senses, this authentic culinary treat is an exploration of French cuisine stemming from an immersion tour of France by our culinary team. In September, 45 of our chefs and culinary leaders embarked on a tour, visiting renowned vineyards, food producers, restaurants and other legendary sites.
