NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and whose employment includes planning and authorizing meetings.  Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited.  Employees and directors of Omni Hotels, TracyLocke and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each of the above are not eligible.  Entries must be received by 12/31/08.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.  Prize consists of $50,000 in meeting incentives from the Omni Fort Worth Hotel (Approximate Retail Value: $50,000).  Prize will be awarded to the winner’s organization and not to the winner him/herself.  Subject to complete Official Rules.  Entrants release all parties from all claims/liability arising from this sweepstakes or acceptance/use of prize.  Sweepstakes ends December 31, 2008.
