Omni Hotels “Golf or Glamour Getaway” Sweepstakes Official Rules
**NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING AND PARTICIPATION IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING COLORADO) OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
1. Eligibility: The Omni Hotels “Golf or Glamour” Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Colorado) and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and whose employment includes planning and authorizing meetings. Void in Alaska, Colorado, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited. Employees and directors of Omni Hotels, DDB Worldwide and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each of the above are not eligible. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
2. Sponsor: Omni Hotels Management Corporation, 420 Decker Drive, Suite 200, Irving, TX 75062, USA.
3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor or its independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all respects.
4. Promotion Period: Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT"), January 26, 2006, and ends at 9:59:59 a.m. CT, October 31, 2006 (the "Promotion Period").
5. How to Enter: You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes when you log on to www.golforglamour.com, complete the online registration form and click “submit.” Limit one (1) entry per person or e-mail address. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or illegible entries, which will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute concerning any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) Grand Prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 15, 2006, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon such compliance. Potential winner will be notified by e-mail or regular mail (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) and must sign and return to Sponsor, within ten (10) days of being notified, an affidavit attesting to his/her eligibility and, except where prohibited, a liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days after the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.
7. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will select from one (1) of the following prizes:

• Round trip limousine airport transportation for two people
• Three day David Leadbetter Academy Mini-School
• 4 hours of instruction with David Leadbetter
• $500 Resort Credit
Maximum Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is ("ARV"): $21,116. Except as specified above, all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will determine the specific brand and provider of each component of the prize at its sole discretion. Based on availability. Minimum 35 day advance reservations required. Scheduling of David Leadbetter may require flexibility in choice of travel dates and is typically easiest in the first quarter of the year. Inability to match the winners schedule with Mr. Leadbetter’s schedule will not result in any alternative compensation. Unused resort fee credit or other items have no cash value. Travel must be completed prior to December 31, 2007. Blackout dates apply.
Glamour Getaway

• Customized spa itinerary with up to four VIP spa treatments per person and makeover to include hair, manicure and pedicure for two people
• $5000 personal shopping experience at Mall of Millenia including limousine transportation and lunch

Personal shopping experience includes a maximum $5000 credit at the store or store’s of resorts choosing and is available one day during your stay. Unused credit has no cash value. Travel must be completed prior to December 31, 2007. Blackout dates apply.
All federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or prize substitution allowed by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable. Limit one (1) prize per household/family. All prizes will be fulfilled at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. Please allow 6-8 weeks from the end of the Sweepstakes Period for delivery of prize.
8. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the Grand Prize Winner's consent to Sponsor's use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, including, but not limited to, Sponsor's Web site, without further payment or consideration.
9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Release: By acceptance of the prize, winner agrees to release Omni Hotels Management Corporation, DDB Worldwide, each of their parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property, including, but not limited to, liability for personal injury, bodily injury including wrongful death, damage to property, and damage or loss of any other kind, which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for or participating in any prize-related activity.
11. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (v) failure of any of the Omni Hotels to supply entries to the Sweepstakes administrator in a timely fashion, or (vi) any injury or damage to property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes.
12. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF TEXAS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Dallas County, Texas having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participants’ actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
13. Winners Info: For the name of the winner (available after November 15, 2006 ), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Golf or Glamour” Sweepstakes, c/o DDB, 1999 Bryan Street, Suite 2300, Dallas, TX 75201.You may also request the winner’s name by sending a request via email to meetingsweepstakes@omnihotels.com. Requests must be received by January 14, 2007.
