Omni Hotels Select RewardsSM Program – Terms and Conditions

The effective date of the Omni Hotels Select RewardsSM Program is June 1, 2004, and only meeting contracts signed on or after this date are eligible. The person who signs the meeting contract is the only eligible party to receive the reward and/or to designate the recipient of the reward. If the meeting contract signer departs from their position or responsibilities, the designated responsible party assumes responsibility.

The meeting contract signer may choose only one item from one of the following reward categories: Miles/Points; Leisure Packages; Education or Charity and Seasonal.

The Select Rewards option must be requested in advance and noted in the signed contract. Three weeks prior to the group arrival, the meeting contract signer must complete the Omni Hotels Select RewardsSM Fulfillment document indicating the reward choice and recipient. The Select Rewards Fulfillment document must be signed by both the Convention Services Manager and contract signer or designated responsible party. Recipient(s) does not need to be a guest in the hotel or attend the meeting for which they are receiving the reward.

A minimum of 10 rooms on the peak night is required. Failure to meet the 10 room minimum will result in loss of Select Rewards option. The reward is based on the final group guest room revenue. Only guest room revenue which is included on the master bill qualifies. Taxes, audio/visual, food and beverage, meeting room rental and other non guest room charges are not applicable. The reward will be awarded once all billing is calculated and paid in full. Select Rewards cannot be earned on complimentary or barter rooms and events and may not be used in combination with any other special offers, discounts or promotions.

Airline Miles or American Express® Membership Reward® points will be credited to the recipient’s account approximately six to twelve weeks after the billing is paid in full and complete information from the Omni Hotels Select Rewards® Fulfillment document is received. Fulfillment for other rewards will occur approximately six to twelve weeks after the final bill is paid in full and complete information from the Omni Hotels Select Rewards® Fulfillment document is received.

Omni Hotels has the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the Omni Hotels Select Rewards® Program, its rules, regulations and rewards at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of, availability or the ability to obtain certain rewards. Omni Hotels and its travel partners may, among other things: (a) increase or decrease the number of miles or points received for a reward; (b) withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any rewards; (c) add blackout dates, limit rooms available for any reward at any participating hotel, or otherwise restrict the continued availability of rewards; (d) change program benefits, travel partners, hotels designated as an Omni Hotel, conditions of participation, rules for earning or redeeming miles or rules governing the use of rewards; or (e) change or cancel its travel partner rewards. Omni Hotels has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Select Rewards program terms and conditions.

All terms and conditions of the applicable affiliated programs -- American Airlines AAdvantage®, Delta Air Lines SkyMiles®, United Mileage Plus® or American Express Membership Reward® program -- control the redemption and distribution of the miles or points earned or transferred. The terms and conditions of the affiliated spa, golf and weekend stay certificates control their redemption and distribution.

To be eligible to earn Membership Rewards® points, you must be enrolled in the Membership Rewards program ("Program") at the time of purchase. Meetings with $20,000 or more in guest room revenue and paid for with an eligible, enrolled American Express® Card will earn 5,000 additional Membership Rewards bonus points. A maximum of 30,000 Membership Rewards bonus points will be awarded for qualifying meetings consumed by 12/31/08.  Bonus points will be credited to your Program account within ten to twelve weeks after final payment is made. Miles accrued, awards issued and bonus offers are subject to the rules of the United Mileage Plus program. United, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other participating companies and partners. Please allow six to eight weeks after completed qualifying activity for bonus miles to be posted to your Mileage Plus account. The Mileage Plus program, including accruals, awards and bonus miles offers, is subject to change without notice. Taxes and fees related to award travel are the responsibility of the passenger.
