Important Details About Your Airline Miles
Mileage Award
A "mileage award" shall be 500 miles credited to only one of the participating airline frequent flyer programs, or such other number of miles for certain eligible guests and for applicable time periods, all as set forth in applicable promotional materials. Membership in our Select Guest program is required to earn airline miles.
Qualifying Stays
One "stay" is defined as one or more consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, whether or not a member checks out and checks back in again. Only one mileage award is awarded for a "stay" regardless of the number of nights spent at the hotel. Frequent flyer number must be on your reservation or Select Guest profile prior to departing the hotel to receive frequent flyer miles. No Jet Privilege or Emirates Skywards miles will be awarded for departures prior to April 1, 2008. No Etihad Guest or KrisFlyer miles will be awarded for departures prior to May 1, 2008. No Thai Royal Orchid Plus miles will be awarded for departures prior to June 1, 2008. No China Eastern Airlines Eastern miles will be awarded for departures prior to July 1, 2008. No Air France/KLM Flying Blue miles will be awarded for departures prior to October 1, 2008. No Lufthansa Miles & More mileage will be awarded for departures prior to November 1, 2008. No ANA Mileage Club miles will be awarded for departures prior to December 1, 2008.
Qualifying Rates
Members must pay a qualifying rate on at least one night of his/her stay to receive frequent flyer miles for that stay. Traded or bartered rooms do not qualify for airline miles. Determining which rates qualify for miles is at the sole discretion of Omni Hotels.

Qualifying Guests
Only registered members are eligible for frequent flyer miles. Miles will not be awarded to associations, corporations, or groups. If you book and pay for more than one room, you will receive miles for a maximum of two rooms. Miles may not be transferred from one member to another. Only one member per room, per stay may receive miles. If two or more members occupy the same room, miles will be awarded only to the member whose name appears on the room reservation. If more than one name is on a single reservation, miles will be awarded to the member whose name appears first. When members share a room and split the bill on separate reservations, only one member may receive miles. Members who do not pay their bill forfeit their rights to receive miles. Employees of Omni Hotels and its affiliates are not eligible to receive miles.

Participating Airlines
Miles may be earned in only one airline program for any one stay. Omni Hotels will be responsible only for arranging for the participating airline to post the appropriate credit to the member's frequent flyer account. Miles may not be refunded or exchanged between airlines once they have been awarded. Omni Hotels assumes no liability for changes or discontinuation of frequent flyer programs by any airline. Omni Hotels shall not be liable for any loss, expense, accident or inconvenience that may arise as a result of a member's participation in an airline frequent flyer program.
Airlines reserve the right to change their frequent flyer program at any time without notice. Airlines are not responsible for products or services offered by participating companies. All airline frequent flyer program rules and conditions apply.

American Airlines AAdvantage® program
American Airlines reserves the right to change the AAdvantage program and its terms and conditions at any time without notice, and to end the AAdvantage program with six months notice. Guest Services
Omni Hotels does not issue statements of miles awarded. To confirm receipt of your frequent flyer miles, see the statement you receive from the airline. Allow 6-8 weeks for miles to be deposited into your frequent flyer account. If you are not properly credited with miles for a stay, contact us by email or mail.
- By email: Send an email to airlinemiles@omnihotels.com. Include the following information: your name, address, daytime phone, Select Guest number, address of hotel, arrival date, departure date, airline of choice, frequent flyer number, and your name exactly as it appears on your frequent flyer account.
- By mail: Mail a copy of the hotel bill in question along with your name, address, daytime phone number, Select Guest number, airline of choice, frequent flyer number, and your name exactly as it appears on your frequent flyer account to: Omni Hotels Airline Miles, 11819 Miami Street, 3rd Floor, Omaha NE 68164
This information must be postmarked or emailed within 180 days of the check out date of the hotel stay in question.
Members may change their airline designation for future awards at www.omnihotels.com. You may also change your airline choice over the phone the next time you make a reservation by calling 1-800-FOR-OMNI. When notifying us by mail or email, include the following information: your name, address, daytime phone, membership number, name of airline program you wish future miles to be awarded to, frequent flyer number, and your name exactly as it appears on the airline account. When a change in airline choice is made, it will go into effect the next time you check out of any Omni Hotel.

Structure and Duration of Program
Program may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. Omni Hotels reserves the right to correct any mileage awards made in error. Omni Hotels is not responsible for, and reserves the right to correct any typographical errors regarding qualification to receive airline miles. Miles awarded at all Omni Hotels in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. All interpretations of these terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Omni Hotels. These terms and conditions supercede all prior terms and conditions. Void where prohibited by law. Any income tax liability is the sole responsibility of the miles recipient. Additional restrictions may apply. Any questions concerning eligibility for miles or the number of miles to be awarded per stay must be raised by guest prior to check in.
