About Your Membership
Omni Select Guest loyalty program membership is intended for individuals.  Membership is complimentary. Enrollment in Select Guest automatically includes and entitles the member to global membership benefits in GHA Discovery, a loyalty program of the Global Hotel Alliance and its affiliated hotel brands.

Membership Renewal
Omni Hotels Select Guest membership is automatically renewed every two years with at least one stay at Omni Hotels in the previous 24-month period. 

Tier Qualification
Tier status is achieved or renewed based on the following annual criteria (January 1 through December 31):
Gold Level               0-9 nights
Platinum Level       10-29 nights
Black Level             30+ nights

Guaranteed Room Availability for Platinum and Black Level Members
Omni Hotels will guarantee room availability for Platinum Level members who call 24 hours prior to the arrival date and for Black Level members who call before 4pm on the day of arrival.  In order to ensure that the Member benefits accordingly from the room availability guarantee, the Member must always explicitly request such guarantee at the time of reservation. Room type availability and room rates are not guaranteed. If a rate for which you are normally eligible is not available, your reservation will be subject to the prevailing rate for the accommodations available. Free Nights
Member must indicate their preference to earn free night awards as a benefit on their profile.  Stays earning free night awards, will not earn airline mile awards.   

Free Night Award
One free night award will be earned by Qualifying Members for every ten Qualifying nights at Omni Hotels & Resorts.  Free night awards expire two years from the date earned.   Free night benefits are intended for use by the member only.  When redeeming free night awards, certain blackout dates will apply for special events, to review the blackout dates, click here.

Airline Miles
Members must indicate their preference to earn airline mile awards as a benefit on their profile. Membership in our Select Guest program is required to earn airline mile awards. Stays earning airline mile awards will not earn credit for free night awards. 

Mileage Award
One mileage award is awarded for each Qualifying Stay.  A "mileage award" will be 500 miles credited to only one of the participating airline frequent flyer programs, or such other number of miles for certain eligible guests and for applicable time periods, all as set forth in applicable promotional materials.

Participating Airlines
Miles may be earned in only one airline program for any one stay. Omni Hotels will be responsible only for arranging for the participating airline to post the appropriate credit to the member's frequent flyer account. Miles may not be refunded or exchanged between airlines once they have been credited. Omni Hotels assumes no liability for changes or discontinuation of frequent flyer programs by any airline. Omni Hotels shall not be liable for any loss, expense, accident or inconvenience that may arise as a result of a member's participation in an airline frequent flyer program.

Airlines reserve the right to change their frequent flyer program at any time without notice. Airlines are not responsible for products or services offered by participating companies.  All airline frequent flyer program rules and conditions apply.

American Airlines AAdvantage® program
American Airlines reserves the right to change the AAdvantage program and its terms and conditions at any time without notice, and to end the AAdvantage program with six months notice. Any such changes may affect your ability to use the awards or mileage credits that you have accumulated. Questions about airline miles
Omni Hotels does not issue statements of miles awarded. To confirm receipt of your frequent flyer miles, see the statement you receive from the airline. Allow 6-8 weeks for miles to be deposited into your frequent flyer account. If you are not properly credited with miles for a stay, contact us by email or mail.

By email: Send an email to airlinemiles@omnihotels.com. Include the following information: your name, address, daytime phone, Select Guest number, address of hotel, arrival date, departure date, airline of choice, frequent flyer number, and your name exactly as it appears on your frequent flyer account.

By mail: Mail a copy of the hotel bill in question along with your name, address, daytime phone number, Select Guest number, airline of choice, frequent flyer number, and your name exactly as it appears on your frequent flyer account to: Omni Hotels Airline Miles, 11819 Miami Street, 3rd Floor, Omaha NE 68164

This information must be postmarked or emailed within 180 days of the check out date of the hotel stay in question.

Members may change their airline designation for future awards at www.omnihotels.com. The airline choice may also be made over the phone by calling 1-800-FOR-OMNI.  When notifying by mail or email, include the following information: name, address, daytime phone, membership number, name of airline program you wish future miles to be awarded to, frequent flyer number, and your name exactly as it appears on the airline account. When a change in airline choice is made, it will be effective on future stays.

“GHA Local Experiences”
"GHA Local Experiences" are awards that a Member of the Select Guest Program can earn depending on the amount of Qualifying Nights stayed in participating Member Brand Hotels and the amount of Qualifying Nights at different participating Member Brand Hotels.  See GHA Discovery Terms & Conditions for details on earning and redeeming “GHA Local Experiences.”

Structure and Duration of Program
Omni Hotels reserves the right to alter, modify or discontinue this program at any time. Omni Hotels reserves the right to correct any mileage awards made in error. Omni Hotels is not responsible for, and reserves the right to correct any typographical errors regarding qualification to receive airline miles. Miles are awarded at all Omni Hotels in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. All interpretations of these terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Omni Hotels. These terms and conditions supersede all prior terms and conditions. Void where prohibited by law. Any income tax liability is the sole responsibility of the miles recipient. Additional restrictions may apply. Any questions concerning eligibility for free nights or miles must be raised by guest prior to check in.

Defined Terms

Qualifying Stays
One "Qualifying Stay" is a stay of one or more consecutive nights spent at the same hotel (whether or not a member checks out and checks back in again), during which a Qualifying Member pays a Qualifying Rate for at least one night during the stay.  If a Select Guest member is not named on the reservation prior to departing the hotel, the stay is not a Qualifying Stay.  Stays prior to 4/27/09 are not Qualifying Stays.

Qualifying Rates
A “Qualifying Rate” is a rate available to the general public for such night, but specifically does not include the following rates: (1) tours series rates and charter rates (2) room rates for airline staff and crew where rooms are pre-booked and paid for by the airline or directly; (3) travel-industry staff rates; (4) any employee rates, employee family or employee friends discount rates; (5) other discounted rates; and (6) any complimentary, free, traded or bartered night stays, or any stays in connection with gift certificates or other awards or vouchers.  Omni Hotels shall determine if a rate is a Qualifying Rate in its sole discretion.

Qualifying Members
A “Qualifying Guest” is a registered Select Guest Member whose name appears on the room reservation and who pays for the room.  Associations, corporations, and groups are not Qualifying Members.  If a Qualifying Member reserves and pays for more than one room, free night awards or mileage awards are earned on a maximum of two rooms during such stay.  Free night awards or mileage awards may not be transferred from one member to another. Only one member per room, per stay may receive credit.  If two or more members occupy the same room, credits will be awarded only to the member whose name appears on the room reservation. If more than one name is on a single room reservation, awards will be credited to the member whose name appears first.  Members who have any past due balance owing to Omni Hotels forfeit any awards earned.  Employees of Omni Hotels and its affiliates are not eligible to earn free night awards.
