All client inquiries, RFP’s and leads will be acknowledged with a response within two business hours and, unless agreed otherwise, will follow up with a professional proposal or contract no later than the next business day. If we don’t provide a response within two business hours, clients will be entitled to a 5% discount off of the master account (concession charges not included) of this meeting. This offer applies to all meetings and catered events to occur in 2010.
