Chicken Musakhan Sandwich

Roasted Garlic Mayonnaise

Baharat Spice Blend or Garam Masala

Onion, Chopped

Method:
Chicken Preparation
1. Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil until golden
2. Add chopped chicken thigh and season with salt, pepper and spice blend
3. Remove from heat when chicken is cooked through
Sandwich Assembly
1. Fill flat bread with garlic sauce (optional), pickled cucumber, sliced tomato, lettuce and chicken.
2. Roll to seal ingredients
3. Grill the roll until slightly brown
4. Serve hot with ketchup, mustard and garlic mayo
