This unmatched “foodie” experience promises a weekend of food, drink and personal interactions with our chefs. Offering true farm-to-table and dock-to-dish specialties, one-of-a-kind dining opportunities and an interactive atmosphere, our Fish to Fork Culinary Academy Weekend promises to delight and entertain the most epicurious of individuals.

Friday evening, we’ll kick off with a welcome cocktail reception & dinner at The Sprouting Project, our Executive Chef’s very own greenhouse and garden. Then on Saturday, feast on our famous “Art of Breakfast” buffet at Sunrise Cafe before taking part in an interactive cooking class, followed by lunch on the Marsh View deck. We’ll reconvene later that evening for a private tasting at the Rum + Tequila Experience before heading to a wine-paired dinner on the beach. Then on Sunday, we’ll host yet another interactive cooking class before setting the table for a delicious and “intoxicating” Champagne brunch.
