Guest Room Accommodations Will we get a room at the hotel on our wedding night? Yes. If available, you will enjoy the luxury and magnificent view offered from our Presidential Suite located on the 25th floor. Are room blocks available for my guests at a discounted rate? Yes. Pricing and the numbers of rooms blocked will be subject to date and availability. How do my guests reserve a room? They may call in individually. They will simply provide the reservation agent with the name of the wedding to obtain the negotiated rate. Parking Is parking available for my guests? Yes. We have negotiated parking rates for our guests. Decorations Can I bring my own decorations? We highly recommend providing centerpieces and any other decorations for the cocktail reception and foyer that you would like. Audio-Visual Equipment Do you provide audio-visual equipment? We do have a company that can provide you with any audio-visual needs that you might have. Attendance When do I need to notify the hotel with the number of guests attending? A guaranteed guest count is needed 48 hours prior to the wedding day. Staffing Can I request extra staffing for my event? Yes, at an additional cost. Who should we work with at the hotel to coordinate our wedding and reception plans? Please contact Claudia Alvarez, our Catering Manager at 312-266-3094. Claudia has over twenty years of experience in catering, five of which she has spent working specifically with weddings and she is also proud to be a member the Association of Bridal Consultants. She will be happy to meet with you and help plan your special day. Food & Beverage Can we bring our own food or alcohol? Our chef is up to the challenge of trying new items for our guests. Providing your own alcohol is a possibility. There is a corkage fee. Can we make changes to our menu selections? Absolutely! We want to make sure that you and your guests enjoy every aspect of the day! Are vendor meals available? Yes, vendor meals are available. Is there a special menu and pricing for children? Yes. There are a variety of options to choose from for your younger guests. The age limit is 12 and under.
