Alison, Thank you for all that you did for our wedding. You made us feel comfortable and excited about the Omni Parker House from the very first day that we met you. I just wanted to thank you for a truly wonderful experience for the Minneman family this past weekend. We used your hotel as one of the hotels for the out of town guests for my son's wedding. While the wedding and reception took place at The Country Club in Brookline, we had the rehearsal dinner at the Omni Parker House as well as a morning after brunch for some family and friends in Parker's Bar. First a huge thank you to Jennifer Nicholson in events and catering for a terrific job. She was incredibly helpful and ensured that my party was a great success. Hats off to the chef, his kitchen staff and all the servers and bar tenders who were delightful.

I am STILL getting numerous comments about how great the food was from our guests, almost two and a half weeks later. Let me start by saying thank you for helping us make the wedding a fabulous event. It was a spectacular day without any glitches!! Everything was amazing. The food was superb, the service impeccable and I have received more compliments on the wedding than I can believe. It was truly everything we wanted for Elissa and more. We had a great crowd (as I'm sure Linda and Elaine have already told you), making it more fun than anyone should have. Thank you also for finishing up the welcome bags with the Parker house book. THANK YOU for making our wedding such a success! You did such a great job with the planning and handling all of the demands, even when they were conflicting with one another!--and the staff at the Parker House was fantastic and friendly the whole way through. If anything went wrong, I certainly didn't know about it. Everything was PERFECT. We had such a great time and everyone keeps telling us that ours was the best wedding they have ever been to. We just wanted to express how beautiful a time we had at the Omni Hotel. Kristen and Craig's Wedding was everything we planned and more. The event was gorgeous and elegant. The entire day from the morning right to the end went very smooth and we appreciate that you had much to do with that. You have a great way about you and know how to keep us all calm. You always made us feel very comfortable and you were very attentive to all our needs (even when we drove you crazy). We couldn't have pulled it off without you.

I wanted to thank you for all you did to make our wedding day so perfect! We were so happy with the way everything went - there isn't a single aspect of the day that I would have changed. I really can't thank you enough for all the work you did to make the day such a success.
We have had so many compliments from our guests. Everyone keeps saying it's the best wedding they've ever been to! A couple of our guests were especially impressed with the waiters/waitresses. One person said he was allergic to shellfish when the lobster bisque came out, so the waiter brought him beef barley soup and our friend that has celiac's disease was given a plate of fruit for dessert, instead of the cake. It felt like everyone at the Parker House was going above and beyond to make our guests happy. We also have heard a million compliments about the food, especially the raw bar, so thank you for that brilliant idea!! I wish I could go back to the wedding and just eat because of what everyone has been saying.
