Guest Room Accommodations
Will we get a room at the hotel on our wedding night?
Yes, a complimentary room is available for the bride and groom. We do offer wedding packages that include a complimentary night stay in out penthouse. These lavish accommodations feature a master bedroom with a four-poster canopy king bed, bathroom with double vanity, marble shower and a Jacuzzi tub. The parlor room has 20-foot cathedral ceilings, three couches, two easy chairs, a wet bar and a dining area with a glass table for 10.
Are room blocks available for my guests at a discounted rate?
Yes, our wedding consultant can set-up a wedding room block for your guests. All rates are seasonal and based on availability at the hotel. The number of group rooms given and rates are all based upon availability.
Am I required to pay for a certain amount of rooms?
The Omni works on a thirty day cut-off period for all wedding blocks. Your guests have until thirty days prior to make their reservations at the discounted rate. After that date any remaining rooms will go back into our inventory at no penalties to you.
How do my guests reserve a room?
Once a block of rooms has been reserved, guests can call the hotel directly at (215) 931-4238 or 1-800-THE OMNI. The can also make a reservation online using omnihotels.com and your assigned group code. When the guests call the hotel to make a reservation they should identify themselves as part of the wedding party to receive the discounted rate.
Parking
Is parking available for my guests?
There are two parking options at the hotel. We offer valet out front which is $25.00 for the day or $32.00 for overnight parking. There is the Bourse Garage located behind the hotel on 4th Street which has hourly rates.
Decorations
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes, you may bring in your own decorations or work with one of our approved vendors. We must work within the hotel guidelines for delivery, teardown, dock usage and clean-up.
Capacity
What is the capacity of the Azalea Room?
The maximum guest count for a seated wedding reception with a dance floor is 150 guests. We also offer beautiful private dining room for rehearsal dinners and other social events which can hold up to 50 seated guests.
Discounts
Are there any discounts for booking at an off peak month or day?
There is a 10% discount for weddings in January, February and March. A 5% discount will be applied to all Friday and Sunday events excluding holiday weekends.
Minimums
Does the Omni have a minimum guest count or price per person for weddings?
There is no minimum amount of guest required to host your wedding at the Omni. There is no minimum price per person; we offer a wide range of menu options for all budget needs.
Food & Beverage
Can we bring our own food or alcohol?
No, the hotel policy does not allow food or beverage to be brought in from outside vendors.
Will there be a tasting prior to my wedding?
Yes, between six and three months prior to your wedding a tasting can be scheduled. You will taste your first course, entrée options and wedding cake types and fillings.
What if I have guests with dietary restrictions?
Our wedding consultant and our chef can work with you on your guests needs whether it is a food allergy, vegetarian, vegan or kosher style.
Do your wedding packages come with a wedding cake?
Yes! Our wedding cakes are provided by Classic Cake Company in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. They offer a wide range of cakes, fillings and décor options.
With a lot of my guests staying over I am interested in hosting an after wedding breakfast?
There are three different after wedding breakfast options. Our Farewell Continental Breakfast can be hosted in our elegant Lobby Salon. There are two hot breakfast options that can take place in our Azalea Restaurant. A 15% discount will be applied towards your price per person if you book your after wedding breakfast the same time as your wedding room block or wedding reception.
Do you offer Rehearsal Dinners?
Yes! We have a private dining room that can seat up to 50 guests or the entire Azalea Room can be rented out for a larger affair. We offer a range of menu options ranging from our popular Philadelphia Italian Buffet to elegant platted options.
Final Guest Count & Payments
What is the payment plan for a wedding?
A $1,000.00 nonrefundable deposit is required upon signing your event contract. Three months prior to the big day a payment of $3,000.00 is due. Seven business days prior to your wedding final payment, guest count and entrée selection is due.
