Guest Room Accommodations

Will we get a room at the hotel on our wedding night?

Yes. When you plan your reception (100 person minimum) at the Omni, we will be pleased to offer a complimentary suite at the hotel on the evening of your wedding.

Are room blocks available for my guests at a discounted rate?

Yes. You are eligible for a negotiated rate for your out-of-town guests when you commit to 10 or more guest rooms.

How do my guests reserve a room?

Your guests may dial our reservations center at 1-800-THE OMNI to reserve their room.

Parking

Is parking available for my guests?

We do offer on-site covered self and valet parking for your guests. Special discounted rates are available for wedding guests.

Decorations

Can I bring my own decorations?

You may bring in your own decorations. The hotel will be happy to provide several decorating options as well.

Audio-Visual Equipment

Do you provide audio-visual equipment?

We have an on-site audio-visual department that can meet any wedding day A/V needs. Call for pricing.

Attendance

When do I need to notify the hotel with the number of guests attending?

The hotel will need to have a final attendance guarantee 72 business hours prior to your event.

Staffing

Can I request extra staffing for my event?

The hotel will be sure to properly staff your event. If you do wish extra staffing to be available, we can accommodate this request. (service fee will apply)

Food & Beverage

Can we bring our own food or alcohol?

With the exception of your wedding cake(s), the hotel will provide all food and beverage for your event.

Can we make changes to our menu selections?

Changes can be made to your menu up to 2 weeks prior to your event.
