Guest Room Accommodations

Q. Will we get a room at the hotel on our wedding night?
A. Deluxe accommodations for the Bride and Groom are included in the packages, along with an amenity.

Q. Are room blocks available for my guests at a discounted rate?
A. Room blocks are available based on availability, with a contracted minimum requirement of 10 rooms. If you will not meet this minimum or prefer not to contract them, we offer the Wedding Rate, which is a qualified discounted rate. Rates will vary based on availability.

Q. How do my guests reserve a room?
A. By calling 1-800-THE-OMNI. If you have contracted a room block, your guests need to mention your name specifically when making the reservation. If you are using the Wedding Rate, your guests will ask for the Qualified Discount – Wedding Rate, when making their reservation and not your wedding specifically.

Parking

Q. Is parking available for my guests?
A. Yes, we offer complimentary self-parking in a covered garage. Valet parking is also available at $10.00 per car.

Decorations

Q. Can I bring my own decorations?
A. Yes, in addition, the hotel does offer some décor to compliment your menu selections, wedding cake tables and guest tables.

Audio-Visual Equipment

Q. Do you provide audiovisual equipment?
A. Presentation Services is our on-site audio-visual company. If you are interested in renting audio-visual equipment, you can contact them at (214) 442-2129.

Attendance

Q. When do I need to notify the hotel with the number of guests attending?
A. Final guarantees are required 72 business hours prior to your wedding. However, an estimated guarantee is needed at the time of booking.

Staffing

Q. Can I request extra staffing for my event?
A. Yes, additional charges may apply.

Food & Beverage

Q. Can we bring our own food or alcohol?
A. No, we offer a variety of menu and bar selections listed in our packages. If you do not see exactly what you are looking for, please let us know and we would be happy to create something to please your palate. We do allow wedding cakes from approved bakeries.

Q. Can we make changes to our menu selections?
A. Yes, final menu selections must be guaranteed within two weeks of your wedding.
