Park West Ballroom
The Park West Ballroom features domed chandelier lighting and elegant fabric mocha walls to enhance the ambiance of your luxurious Dallas wedding reception. With 5,616 square feet of ballroom space, there is an additional 700 square feet of pre function space attached to the ballroom offering views of our elegantly lit water fountain, ideal for the cocktail hour. This ballroom accommodates wedding celebrations on a flow for up to 500 guests with dancing and up to 400 guests for a plated dinner and dancing. |

Trinity Ballroom
The Trinity Ballroom, the hotel’s intimate romantic junior ballroom, offers dimmed recessed lighting set on 18 foot ceilings. Shimmering taper and votive candles reflect on mirrors as table centerpieces offer the finishing touch that this ballroom needs to set the mood. The foyer, attached to the Trinity Ballroom with stone statues and a baby grand piano, is the perfect location for your guests to gather and await your arrival while enjoying hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. With space for dancing, 150 guests are comfortably accommodated in this ballroom. |

Hunter’s Lounge
In our newly renovated Hunter’s Lounge, you will find that this is the perfect place for an elegant wedding reception. If you are looking for something different, this area is just that, as it offers windows, hardwood floors and comfortable seating for your guests. This room also has access to the outside by use of our covered patio overlooking the landscaped pool at the hotel. Palms trees and greenery are plentiful in this room with a built-in bar and banquette style seating. Hunter’s Lounge can accommodate a maximum of 200 guests with dancing. |
