Guest Room Accommodations
Will we get a room at the hotel on our wedding night?
Yes the bride and groom will receive a complimentary suite for weddings of 75 or more persons
Are room blocks available for my guests at a discounted rate?
Yes we extend special rates to all guests of weddings held within the hotel.
How do my guests reserve a room?
You can reserve a room by calling 1-800-THE-OMNI.
Parking
Is parking available for my guests?
Yes, the hotel has parking availability. Self-parking is complimentary. Valet is $12.00 overnight.
Decorations
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes you may bring in your own decorations or work with one of our approved vendors. We must work within the hotel guidelines for delivery, teardown, dock usage and clean-up.
Audio Visual Equipment
Do you provide audiovisual equipment?
The hotel is affiliated with PSAV (our in-house audio/visual partner). They can provide any/all equipment you may be looking for to make your event special. Should you choose an outside vendor all technical needs/services must be overseen by a PSAV representative. Additional charges may apply based on the level of support provided by PSAV.
Attendance
When do I need to notify the hotel with the number of guests attending?
Please notify the 72 hours prior to the event with your final number.
Staffing
Can I request extra staffing for my event?
Yes at an additional charge to be determined based on number of additional staffing.
Food & Beverage
Can we bring our own food or alcohol?
The hotel policy is that all foods and liquor must be purchased at the hotel or through an approved hotel vendor as the licensee is responsible for the administration of and sale/service of all alcoholic beverages in accordance with the statutes of the code of Texas and the regulation of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
Can we make changes to our menu selections?
All menus are planned with your input and direction. Changes can be made up to two weeks prior to an event.
