The banquet staff was extremely accommodating when we needed to move up the cake cutting and toast a half hour. Tania Cuellar and Roger ROCK! Tania was wonderful during the entire process. Roger was so helpful during the dance practice that we held and the setup. |

In over 30 years of planning large events and working with hotel catering managers-Sandra Botello is by far the most efficient, responsive, knowledgeable, professional catering director whom I have worked. Kudos to the chef-the food was delicious-and to the banquet managers-they handled the food service beautifully and were very attentive to the guests. |

Looking forward to our 2010 event at the Omni San Antonio. Donna/Tara/Rose are outstanding and make my job look easy. Donna is the main reason that our conference is so successful and that we continue to come back to the Omni San Antonio. There are no words to show my gratitude to Donna, I just can't thank her enough for the outstanding job she does. Thad and Roger spoil me their delicious food, I have to admit it's the one thing I look forward to year after year. Mauricio and Jesus make things run so smoothly that I never have to worry about a thing while I'm here. Ben and Barry are masters of their own craft, comments have been made that Ben is the hardest working employee at the Omni San Antonio. Smiley should market his "dirty martini" what a way to end each day. Alberto and Jesse always/always do an outstanding job with the a/v, things just run so smoothly with them. Last but not least-Beautiful Maria-outstanding service and she just makes me feel at home, I never have to worry about the breaks, which is nice. I always look forward to seeing her each year. |

Every member of the Omni team was engaged and attentive to every detail. Planning this event was effortless with the wonderful catering team. Upon arrival, the team was extremely responsive to our needs. The management promptly moved a drink station with the lobby to allow for better flow. The dinner tables were beautifully pre-set and the entire dinner service was seamless. The team was event helpful after the event to assist with gathering our decoration items. Throughout the evening I was addressed to ensure that everything was proceeding as planned. What can I say…this was just a fabulous event from beginning to end. Thank you for all that you do! Every individual at the Omni has been just wonderful. However, a few individual really went above and beyond to ensure service excellence to include: Tania Cuellar, Ulysses Guiedo and Jesus Tavares. Mr. Tavares was extremely responsive and continually checked in with me to ensure everything met with my expectations. He truly represents the 24-carrot manager. THANK YOU!! |

As long as I am Prom sponsor at Boerne High School, I'm holding it at the San Antonio Omni Colonnade Hotel. Marty: the room setup guy who helped us about 50 times in the morning while we set up for Prom. Ridiculously flexible, bent over backwards for us. Ulysses: the awesome on-site manager for the event-very professional, love that guy. Belin: She was in charge of the food displays-incredible creativity and style. And of course, Tania: Normally I couldn't say she exceeded my expectation because after having worked with her for 4 years I already know how fantastic she is, so my expectations for her are through the roof, but one of her many suggestions was that we cover the chairs for the Tiffany & Co. themed Prom-a stroke of genius, it MADE the Prom. She surprised me again! |
