Q: Will we get a room at the hotel on our wedding night?
A: With our bridal packages, the bride and groom will receive a complimentary executive king room. Rooms for out of town guests will be available at a discount rate. Rooms can be reserved by calling 1-800-The-Omni asking for the room block in the name of the bride and groom.
Parking
Q: Is parking available for my guests?
A: There is valet and complimentary self parking available.
Decorations
Q: Can I bring my own decorations?
A: Clients can bring in their own decorations.
Audio Visual Equipment
Q: Do you provide audiovisual equipment?
A: Presentation Services, our in house audio visual company, can assist you with your audio visual needs.
Attendance
Q: When do I need to notify the hotel with the number of guests attending?
A: The final guarantee will be due at least 72 hours prior to the event.
Staffing
Q: Can I request extra staffing for my event?
A: Extra staffing is available for your event.
Food & Beverage
Q: Can we bring our own food and alcohol?
A: Food and beverage will be purchased through the hotel.
Q: Can we make changes to our menu selections?
