Q. What makes your resort location unique from other wedding reception locations in Central Florida?
A. The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is a brand new resort located in the master planned community of ChampionsGate, just off Interstate 4, away from the theme parks and attractions. Once you enter our breathtaking lobby, you’ll know you’ve found something special.

Q. Is there any type of discount if I have my wedding on a Friday or Sunday instead of a Saturday?
A. Saturday evening weddings are the most popular choice. There may be a discount for off peak days or times.

Q. Do you provide bachelor and bachelorette party services at the resort?
A. The gentlemen might consider a round of golf followed by drinks and dinner in David’s Club. The ladies might consider a pampering day at the Spa followed by an afternoon in a private poolside cabana.

Q. If I were to have my wedding at the Omni Orlando Resort would I be able to get a block of group rooms for a discounted rate?
A. A block of rooms at a discounted rate for your wedding guests is a part of our package.

Q. What are some things I should remember when budgeting for my wedding reception?
A. There is very little not included in our wedding package. Your package includes your wedding cake, and we do not charge for incidentals like cake cutting, setup, cleanup and room rental, etc.

Q. Is there a private area for wedding pictures?
A. The bridal party has access to many picturesque locations in and around the resort.

Guest Room Accommodations

Q. Will we get a room at the hotel on our wedding night?
A. Our wedding package includes a complimentary suite for the bride and groom on their wedding night.

Attendance

Q. When do I need to notify the hotel with the number of guests attending?
A. It is necessary that the catering office be notified the exact number of guests attending the function at least 72 business hours prior to the event.

Food and Beverage

Q. Can we bring in our own food and beverage?
A. The hotel must provide all food and beverage items, and we will be happy to special order any food or beverage item not included in our usual range of offerings.

Parking

Q. What type of parking is available for my guests?
A. We offer ample complimentary self-parking. Valet service is also available for a nominal fee.

Decorations

Q. Can I bring my own decorations?
A. The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate will provide a beautiful wedding setup with tasteful decor. You are welcome to enhance the setup with your own decorations. Please note confetti and helium balloons are not permitted.

Audio-Visual Equipment

Q. Do you provide audiovisual equipment?
A. Presentation Services is our on-site audio visual company. They can assist you with your specific needs and enhancements.

Staffing

Q. Can I request extra staffing for my event?
A. The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate offers four-star service with a ratio of one server per 15 guests. For a nominal fee, additional staffing can be arranged upon request.
