Deep Tissue / Deep Healing
Our deep tissue massage uses combinations of medium to deep pressure strokes in combination with trigger point release techniques to unlock patterns in the muscles which hold habitual tension. The Perfect Swing : Arnica Intensive Massage
Whether your swing is on the tee or on the dance floor, body comfort and maximum mobility are the targets of this classic sports style massage. After a preparation of rocking, compressions and stretching to begin to loosen the muscles and tissues, the whole body is warmed and massages with mountain arnica massage oil, scented with wild sages and lavenders. Arnica is famous for its anti-inflammatory effects and its ability to soothe sprains, rheumatic muscle and joint pain. Our arnica is a supercritical CO2 extract with the highest possible therapeutic potency. Desert Mist Hot Stones Massage
Our elegant twist on the classic hot stones massage introduces an element of skin healing hydration to your experience. Your service begins with a soothing application of warmed desert cedar and bergamot oil, before smooth, hot basalt rocks are used to melt knotted muscles, targeting areas of the body where attention is needed. Staying in each area, working through successive muscle layers, has the effect of priming the body to focus its regenerative powers in that area. During the massage, your therapist will mist desert geranium hydrosol onto your skin, creating a natural lotion that both hydrates and nourishes skin cells. Sun Kissed is a medium deep massage using flowing soft strokes, ending with cool stones on the face, and a head and neck massage. The magic combination that makes it so effective comes from our oil of prickly pear and aloe vera. Both prickly pear and aloe vera help sooth sunburn. They act as anti-inflammatory agents, hastening wound-healing by enhancing cell proliferation. Revitalizer : Aromatherapy Compress Massage
The ancient science of aromatherapy, using the essences of aromatic herbs, flowers and trees to heal, nourish and balance the body, is offered to you in this massage. After a loosening application of warm oil, stress relieving hot towel compresses are used to bring heat into the muscles and prepare the skin to receive fragrant blends of essential oils that have a range of effects on the body and mind. We begin with the massaging of reflex zones on the feet with essential oils that target various organ systems, such as the lungs and the digestive system. Then, using oil applications and pulsing strokes, we focus on the lymphatic system for optimum health and detoxification, thereby stimulating and balancing energy flow to all areas of the body. 80 Minutes, $150.00

Desert Rescue Hair and Scalp Massage
Exposure to sun and dry air can cause dull, damaged hair and an irritated scalp. Our soothing, relaxing hot oil hair and scalp massage serves both to protect and restore body and shine to your hair, while conditioning the scalp and cleansing hair follicles. Warm kukui nut oil scented with vetiver and ylang-ylang oils achieves all of this and carries you into a relaxed reverie too. 30 Minutes, $60.00 (May be booked as a stand-alone treatment or as an add-on to massage of your choice).
