Keeping up with the growing demand for gluten-free foods, Omni has rolled out gluten-free breakfast stations in all locations as part of the brand’s Art of Breakfast offering. Other updates to the Art of Breakfast include more locally sourced items, such as condiments, jams and honeys as well as a new sausage patty with blueberries made exclusively for Omni.
“Gluten-free items have been very popular. A number of guests have told us they’re glad we offer more choices,” says Stephen Rosenstock, senior vice president of food and beverage for Omni. “It has been a great addition to our breakfast buffet.”
The gluten-free stations offer an assortment of gluten-free breads, English muffins and other items to accompany the traditional breakfast buffet, and the stations are located a short distance away to prevent cross-contamination with gluten products. There are even protective sleeves for toasting bread and English muffins to ensure your selections aren’t affected by gluten products while in the toaster.
“It’s great for people with celiac disease or who are gluten intolerant,” Rosenstock says. “They’re very happy to finally be able to toast an English muffin and put an egg on it!”
