Q. Who do I contact if I have a “Qualifying Life Event” and need to change my benefit elections?

If you need assistance with your Qualifying Life Event, scheduling a New Hire enrollment appointment or have questions about your Dependent Verification, call the Omni Benefits Resource Center at 1-855-210-1939 for assistance.
