The Omni Jacksonville Hotel, Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West, Omni Houston Hotel at Westside, Omni San Antonio Hotel at the Colonnade, Omni Austin Hotel at Southpark will be owned by Prism Hotels & Resorts as of August 24, 2021 at 11:59pm CST.

Q: When is the transition date?
A: Effective August 25, 2021, the following hotels will no longer be part of Omni Hotels & Resorts brand:

Q: Who will own and operate the hotel after August 25, 2021?
A: Prism Hotels & Resorts will continue to be the management company. Please contact them directly with questions regarding the hotels’ ownership. 

Q: Can customers still make a reservation at this property after August 25, 2021?
A: Omni Hotels & Resorts is no longer accepting reservations at Omni (specific hotel) after August 24, 2021 as it will no longer operate under the Omni flag at that time. However, reservations for all arrival dates can be booked until August 24, 11:59pm CST.

Q: Will my reservation still be honored if I’ve booked room nights on or following August 25?
A: All reservations made prior to 11:59pm CST August 24 will be honored, regardless of arrival date.

Q: Who do I contact if I need to change a reservation that falls on or after August 25?
A: Omni will continue to make all new, cancellations or changes to reservations until 11:59pm CST August 24. Beginning August 25, contact the hotel for additional information

Q: Will my reservation rate still be honored BEFORE August 24?
A: Yes, all rates for confirmed stays prior to August 24 will be honored, unless modifications are made that require a rate change.

Q: Will my reservation rate still be honored AFTER August 24?

A: Yes, all rates for confirmed stays after August 24 will be honored, unless modifications are made that require a rate change and the reservation has been made prior to 11:59pm CST August 24.

Q: Will Omni Hotels & Resorts be proactively contacting guests that arrive post-August 24, and providing them with their new confirmation number?
A: Prism Hotels & Resorts will send email confirmations for all reservations once they have been entered in their new system. If it is an OTA reservation, Prism will notify the OTA with verbiage to include in the confirmation email that is sent to each guest prior to arrival. If any questions, please contact the hotel for additional information.

Q: Since the hotel will no longer be an Omni after August 24, can I receive a refund if I would not like to stay at the hotel?
A: We can assist you in canceling your reservation and the property will issue a refund.

Q: Will the hotel honor the refund even if it is past cancellation?
A: Yes. If a guest would like to move their stay to another Omni, a new deposit would be needed to be processed for the reservation at new hotel, if required.

Q: Will my Select Guest benefits and free nights reserved be honored?
A: All reservations through August 24, while the hotel is still an Omni, will be honored. Select Guest benefits will not be applicable after August 24, given the hotel will no longer be an Omni. However, we are happy to help you secure your Select Guests benefits at another Omni property, if interested.

Q: Will my billing information be transitioned to the new hotel?
A: If the guest remains in the hotel past August 24, they will have a new reservation on file within the new reservations system.

Q: I have a Stay Certificate for Omni I was planning to use after August 24 – will it be honored?
A: All current reservations through August 24, while the hotel is still an Omni, will be honored and Select Guest benefits can be redeemed; however, Select Guest benefits will not be applicable after August 24 given the hotel will no longer be an Omni. We are happy to help you secure your Select Guests benefits at another Omni property, if interested. Gift certificates issued by the specific property will continue to be honored until its expiration date.
