EDISON Bourbon Dinner

Featuring Fred Booker Noe III, Master Distiller

Knob Creek Dinner in Edison

Great Food, Fine Bourbon, and Pure Expertise.
The perfect combination.

Featuring five beautiful small batch whiskeys from the Beam distillery: Basil Hayden, Knob Creek’s Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Single Barrel Reserve, Kentucky Rye Whiskey, and their Smoked Maple Bourbon, and the culinary handiwork of Chef Philip Bollhoefer, this five course dinner is perfectly paired.

But that great pair needs a third. The third is the expertise of Fred Noe. Frederick “Fred” Booker Noe III, son of the late Frederick “Booker” Noe Jr. and great grandson of Jim Beam, is a seventh generation distiller and keeper of a family flame that has burned for more than 200 years. Mr. Noe is dedicated to sharing the craft of whiskey making and the rich history of his family’s legacy with bourbon enthusiasts worldwide.

Tickets are $75 per person all inclusive—that’s dinner, paired bourbons, all taxes, and gratuity.

Only a limited number of seats are available. Call (828) 210-7813 to make your reservations.

Want to swing up a little early to enjoy that extra bit of free parking (remember up to 3 hours is free January through October)? Meet at EDISON’s bar and enjoy hand-crafted Knob Creek bourbon cocktails.
