And mothers of young children so often have little self-care built into their busy lives. Big and little yoga is the perfect opportunity for Mom to enjoy the renewing benefits of yoga while fostering quality time with your little one. Just let go of the expectations, go with the flow and have fun!

Suitable for any level of practitioner from beginner to advanced. $35 per person and 45 minutes long. Advanced reservation is required. Equipment is included.

Join us for the 1st Annual Bedford Springs Open. This is a 36-hole 2 person better ball stroke play event. Entries open Monday, April 1st - Friday, August 23rd. Enjoy a reflection on a classic English High Tea with local flavors, which is believed to have been created by the Seventh Duchess of Bedford. We offer custom blends of tea prepared by Bedford’s own “Everything Tea” store, paired with a tower of savories and sweets for our guest’s dining pleasure - tea sandwiches, savory tartlets, petit fours and delicious treats prepared by our culinary experts. 45 Per Person, 55 Per Person Includes Glass Of Sparkling Wine.
