The Colonnade Ballroom at Omni Bedford Springs Resort provides a fairy tale venue for up to 220 guests. The 4,802 square-foot room is made memorable and architecturally stunning with details like a marble fireplace and grand veranda.
CONSTITUTION HALL
Imagine your wedding party floating effortlessly down Constitution Hall where the skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows create lighting fit for a feature film where you are the star. You’ll be glad you have the Omni Bedford Springs Resort team to help execute your grand entrance. This 1,701 square-foot space accommodates up to 128 seated for a ceremony.
EISENHOWER BALLROOM
Your special day can be fit for a president. With a stunning fireplace and dappled with natural light, the Eisenhower Ballroom might be just right for your stamp of approval. The 2,550 square-foot room can accommodate up to 169 guests seated for a ceremony and up to 112 for a dinner reception

The Iron Spring, made popular in the 1800s when Dr. Anderson believed it to be a health cure, feeds an organic waterfall where groups up to 220 guests seated for a ceremony can gather for your vows.

Located adjacent to the indoor pool solarium, this beautiful ceremony site boasts captivating views of resort, as well as the ultimate in ease of traffic flow for your guests. The Lawn provides 4,600 square feet of usable space comfortable for your ceremony and reception, and can accommodate up to 220 guests seated for a ceremony.
THE MILL
Re-imagined, rustic and chic. The Mill has old-charm but has been restored and enhanced with many contemporary features. This inspiring indoor and outdoor venue is ideal for intimate wedding ceremonies, private dinner receptions or farewell brunch events. The 4,014 square-foot indoor space can accommodate up to 100 guests inside for a seated dinner and 128 seated for a ceremony , with access to the 6,500 square-foot lawn.
THE VERANDA
The Veranda is idyllic for cocktail hour and small receptions and can accommodate 200 guests on a flow.

Initial deposit of 25% of contractual estimate (food and beverage, ceremony fee, tax and service charge) is due within 7 days of the signed agreement, non-refundable. Second deposit is 50% of the contractual estimate and due 9 months prior to day of event. Remaining 25% is due 3 months prior to event.

No. Real candles are strictly prohibited on the resort premises as they are against the resort’s open flame policy. Battery-operated LED candles may be used in all resort venues - you may provide your own, purchase them through the resort, or rent/buy through a third-party vendor.
