Located in downtown Charlottesville near the University of Virginia, our hotel offers plenty to do when sessions are done for the day. The Omni Charlottesville Hotel has 12,441 total combined square feet of meeting and event space. From grand galas of 450 guests in our Jefferson Ballroom, to intimate meetings for 2 guests in our Executive Boardroom, The Omni Charlottesville Hotel offers a variety of elegant event spaces to suit a variety of different style events.
If 10 or more guest rooms are required, The Omni Charlottesville Hotel will be happy to assist you in setting up a Room Block for your guests. We offer flexibility in how your guests can reserve rooms. We offer a customized group webpage, as an option, so your guests can easily make their own reservations, automatically, securely, and immediately. We also can take reservations over the phone, at 1-800-The-Omni, or you can send us a Rooming List. We are happy to work with you to find the reservation method that will work the best for your specific group.
The Jefferson Ballroom is Omni Charlottesville Hotel's largest Ballroom. This Grand Ballroom is 5,500 square feet and can hold up to 450 guests seated in rounds.
