For COVID-19

We are grateful for your continued patronage and we look forward to welcoming you to our hotels for your next stay.

During this unprecedented time we have made changes as necessary to adhere to new policies put in place for each respective location. In addition to our original cleaning and operating standards, we are adding additional ways to meet guest expectations and strict cleaning guidelines. At various times there may be changes in operations to valet offerings, amenities, service protocols, etc. due to the nature of the Covid response. We appreciate your patience during this time as we maintain efforts to adhere to all measures put in place to ensure the safety of our guests and associates.

New cleaning and policies put in place include the following and are tentative to change:

Guest Services
Arrival and departure experience being moved from 3rd floor to the 1st floor.
Parking & Transportation
Our new “Omni Safe & Clean” initiative encourages self-parking in neighborhood lots.
Housekeeping
No daily housekeeping service for multi-night stays.
Dining
676 Restaurant & Bar - Grab 'n Go Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
No in-room dining.
Pool / Fitness Center
Pool is closed, Fitness room by reservation.
