Concert Schedule

June 2 and July 21 Back Porch Orchestra
Back Porch Orchestra is an acoustic original and cover music act. Their particular brand of roots music is influenced by country, bluegrass, rock, classical and more. They have been a staple in the Burlington/Elon/Greensboro music scene for over 5 years. The members of Back Porch Orchestra have had many more years of experience writing, performing, and entertaining at parties, private events, weddings, festival performances, and weekly gigs in the Triad. If you want to experience music from its roots and have one heck of a good time, Back Porch Orchestra fits the bill like no other.

June 9, June 30 and August 25 Red Light Rodeo
Red Light Rodeo has been spreading their innovative take on country, bluegrass and traditional music in your favorite barrooms, music festivals, and listening rooms around Virginia and the mid-Atlantic region since early 2012. The Rodeo mixes age old words and melodies with the raw rock and roll energy of hard-edged country and honky-tonk to create original music and traditional renderings that keeps their fan base coming back for more.

June 16, July 14 and August 18 Kevin MaC
Singer, songwriter and guitarist Kevin MaC wins audiences over immediately as he explodes on stage with his exuberant personality. Although his roots are in country music and his original music is decidedly country, Kevin is far from a one-trick pony; he loves to surprise audiences with his own spin on hip hop, classic rock and sometimes even a boy band hit or two. Equally at home performing any of these genres, Kevin coined the term "Southern Swag" to describe his unique brand of music. According to Kevin, "Southern Swag is a cool country sound where hip-hop and country styles combine to create a fresh, sexy vibe."

June 23 and August 4 Cedar Creek
Cedar Creek, a blend of new and modern country music, offers original music performed by a group of very professional and talented musicians. Here is a different look at country music with a personal style. The band has a fresh appeal to their audiences, a twist to their songs and an excellent method of performance.

July 7 The Shack
What originally started as an organic, impromptu and free-flowing collection of musicians casually performing in the renovated remains of a dilapidated “shack” in Blacksburg, VA has morphed into what is now The Shack Band. Since 2010, things have changed. The band relocated from Blacksburg to Richmond, VA. A true lineup was established, with four members signing on. The songwriting abilities and sensibilities matured and improved. At the start of 2013, the quartet became a quintet with the addition of a horn player adding more complex arrangements and texture to the band’s already well-established sound. But, the one thing that never wavered was The Shack Band’s intent to wow new crowds with their off-the-cuff, high-energy live shows melding funky rock ‘n’ roll and soaring harmonies with a strong emphasis on song-writing.

July 28 Justin Trawick & the Common Good
The perfect entertainment for a rustic country wedding, fun backyard party, summer music festival, upbeat or themed corporate event, and more. Their upbeat blend of uniquely interpreted cover songs (Top 40, classic rock, hip hop, country, and more) and catchy memorable originals, along with the band's professionalism and easy going attitude makes Justin Trawick and The Common Good the total package.

August 11 Stonebrook Moonshine
In the diverse music scene of Richmond, VA, Stonebrook Moonshine has developed a style that music fans are rallying around. Their raw, vintage rock sound and gritty funk undertones have been drawing crowds all over the city. Some come to dance, others to get a better listen to the infectious groove provided by the band while solos soar to intoxicating heights.

September 1 Harley Boone
It is often said that music can stir the soul and elicit previously undiscovered emotions: Harley Boone excels at doing exactly that. This dynamic group of musicians merges country, bluegrass and rock elements into a sharp contemporary sound. Possessing a diverse instrumentation (including fiddle, mandolin, accordion, banjo, pedal steel), soulful & fiery vocals, and an unrivaled passion for music, Harley Boone delivers an unparalleled experience. We can promise you that you'll be singing along and dancing all night, to favorites of the past and hits from today.
