Our dedicated team of professionals will help you find live entertainment, florists and photographers for your wedding. We can even assist with a spectacular fireworks display after you say “I do.” A full range of banquet and catering services with menus can be customized for parties big or small and our Pastry Chef can create the cake of your dreams. 

Seating Arrangements
We recognize the importance of having the right option for your ceremony and are pleased to offer a host of venues, from elegant ballrooms to outdoor locations with breathtaking mountain views. 

We provide all of the seating and any tables you may need, with multiple chair options available. Your guests will appreciate a glass of fresh fruit-infused water from one of our stations, with your choice of fruits and herbs.

We will provide personal directional signs from the Great Hall to your ceremony location.


Seating Arrangements/Dinner Setup
We will work with you to personalize your day with unique décor, table and chair selection and more! We offer flexible seating from four to twelve guests per table, round and/or rectangle. Select linens are included in your package.  

Dance Floor and Risers
Your wedding specialist will work with you on dance floor specifications and pricing. Indoor risers are complimentary.  

Bring the DJ or band of your choice, or you can choose from our list of preferred vendors.

Select from one of our packages or allow us to create a dining experience just for you. Please allow a minimum of 21 days advance notice for special requests.

Food and Beverage Service
For your convenience, all food and beverage arrangements will be handled by our team. Your wedding manager will ensure that the details for each event are executed to your specifications.


Wedding Coordinator
For a seamless experience, we recommend that you employ an outside professional/certified wedding coordinator to assist with your wedding weekend. Please ask our staff for a list of preferred professionals.

Function Hours
Our function spaces are available to host events until 2:00 a.m., with the bar closing at 1:30 a.m. In an effort to respect our neighbors, all outdoor spaces must be clear of amplified music by 11:00 p.m.

Service Charge & Sales Tax
A 23% service charge is applied to all events requiring food and beverage. There is no service charge on ceremony rental fees without food and beverage. A 5.3% Virginia sales tax is added to all charges and a 4% county meal tax applies to all food and beverage.

Our full-time activities coordinator will assist with activity reservations so that you and your guests may enjoy the many amenities available. From archery to golf to zip line, we will help create wonderful memories around your special day!


A comprehensive selection of state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment is offered through our in-house partner, PSAV. From pin spot lighting on the floral centerpieces and color washes for depth and drama to full-scale video presentations, PSAV can give your wedding that special touch. Your wedding sales manager will work with you on establishing a block of rooms to best suit your needs.

A non-refundable advance deposit of 25% of the venue fee is required at contract signing. Payment of the full estimated amount due is required 10 days prior to your event. A completed credit card authorization form is required to be on file for any charges in excess of the estimated amount.

The final guest headcount is required five business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.


Valet parking is available for a fee on property. Your wedding manager can assist with those arrangements.
