Housekeeping
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.
During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day.
If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our team know.
Guests can still request items such as pillows, towels, blankets, plastic/paper cups, bathroom amenities, etc.
Guest Services
The guest arrival journey will provide a limited touch check-in process.
Parking & Transportation
Our new “Omni Safe & Clean” initiative encourages self-parking; however,
Omni Jacksonville Hotel is offering modified valet services. Valet service is $25.00 overnight or self- parking is $14.00 per day.
Dining
All day snacks, liquors, beer, wine, soft drinks available for purchase at The Vault by the front desk
Breakfast daily 7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. – at The J-Bar
Lunch daily 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. – at The J-Bar
Dinner daily 5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. – at The J-Bar
Drinks 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. – at The J-Bar
No in-room dining
Pool / Fitness Center
Pools are now open with a max occupancy of 30 guests on the pool deck and 6 in the water
to maintain proper social distancing guidelines.
The pool is open from dawn until dusk by city ordinance.
Fitness room will be open with a max of 4 guests at any time.
