During this unprecedented time we have made changes as necessary to adhere to new policies put in place for each respective location. In addition to our original cleaning and operating standards, we are adding additional ways to meet guest expectations and strict cleaning guidelines. At various times there may be changes in operations to valet offerings, amenities, service protocols, etc. due to the nature of the Covid response. We appreciate your patience during this time as we maintain efforts to adhere to all measures put in place to ensure the safety of our guests and associates.

Pin + Proof:

Falls City Market:
Hot breakfast served (egg scramble and hot breakfast burritos)
7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday
Due to Kentucky state law, all food & beverage service must stop by 10:00 p.m. daily
All guests must depart all restaurants by 11:00 p.m.
Pool / Fitness Center
The Pool is now closed through Spring 2021
Water Company Pool:
Open on weekends:
Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Water Company Pool Limited Drink Service:
Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00p.m.
**Due to Kentucky social distancing requirements we have modified pool access and capacity.
More access will be allowed on a first come first serve basis based on reservations and total allowed
We ask that at the conclusion of your seating time, you promptly vacate the pool deck so we
can prepare your seating area for the next guest.
No glass, coolers, or outside food are allowed in the pool area
Cabana rentals are available for the entire day by calling 502.313.6664
24 hour access with key card and proper social distancing as marked on the equipment.

9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (last appointment at 5:00 p.m. daily)
Reservations for Body treatments strongly recommended. If available, Spa will take a limited number of walk-in’s.
