Housekeeping
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.
During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day.
If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our team know.
Guests can still request items such as pillows, towels, blankets, plastic/paper cups, bathroom amenities, etc.
Guest Services
The guest arrival journey will provide a limited touch check-in process.
Dining
Due to COVID-19, Hotel restaurant hours can vary based on business demand.
Please contact hotel for any COVID-19 restaurant availability and restrictions.

Heine Brothers:
Sunday – Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Friday & Saturday: 7:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
 
Con Huevos:
Thursday - Sunday 7:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.  

Bob’s Steak & Chop House:
Tuesday - Saturday: 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Reservations are recommended 

Library Lounge:
Daily: 12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Pin + Proof:
Tuesday - Thursday: 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Friday - Saturday: 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. 

Falls City Market:
Hot breakfast served (egg scramble and hot breakfast burritos)
Thursday - Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Due to Kentucky state law, all food & beverage service must stop by 10:00 p.m. daily
All guests must depart all restaurants by 11:00 p.m.
Pool / Fitness Center
Fitness Center: 24 hour access with key card and proper social distancing as marked on the equipment.

The Water Company (Pool deck):
Closed for the season

No glass, coolers, or outside food are allowed in the pool area.
Cabana rentals are available for the entire day by visiting https://louisville.resortpass.co/

33% capacity only.
Spa
Open by appointment Monday – Sunday from 9:00am - 5:00pm (last appointment at 4pm).
Reservations are strongly recommended. If available, spa will take walk in appointments.
