Grand Ballroom

The charming ambiance of this room will welcome your guests to dine and dance under our elegant crystal chandeliers and 12-foot ceilings. The Grand Ballroom is 9,200 square feet with an additional 2,052 square feet of pre-function area - ideal for a cocktail hour. Hosting one large event at a time, this versatile reception space can seat 100-600 guests along with a dance floor.

Omni New Haven Hotel offers PSAV as our onsite audio visual company and they will be able to assist you with any of your audio visual needs.

Please contact the Sales Department and sign a contract for your wedding.

Guests are able to reserve rooms online via a custom weblink or they can call 1-800-843-6664 and mention your group name.

Your deposit is based on your food & beverage minimum and any room rental you may have. Your deposit due dates will be outlined in your contract.

No, all food & beverage for your event must be provided by Omni New Haven Hotel.
