Q. Will we get a room at the hotel on our wedding night?
A. One complimentary suite is available for the bridal couple on the evening of their wedding.

Q. Can I reserve rooms for my guests for a discounted rate?
A. Yes. Discounts do apply based on hotel availability. At Omni William Penn Hotel, our 597 guest room accommodations and suites will pamper your guests with modern conveniences and comfort. Featuring lavish cherry wood furnishings and beautiful moldings, our spacious guest quarters will take you and your guests back to an era of Old-World charm and elegance

Q. How do my guests reserve a room?
A. We provide a custom booking link for your guests to directly make their reservation, or they can call 1-800-The-Omni.


Q. Can I bring my own decorations?
A. Yes. The hotel facilities require very little in the way of decorations, however, our guests are certainly welcome to create an atmosphere based on their own personal tastes.


Q. Do you provide audio/visual equipment?
A. Yes, Encore Event Technologies is the in-house audio/visual company.


Q. When do I need to notify the hotel with the number of guests attending?
A. 72 hours prior.


Q. Can I request extra staffing for my event?
A. Yes. Omni William Penn Hotel provides the highest ratio of server to guest in the city. Our standard is one server per 16 guests. Any requests over this ratio is at a rate of $215 per server.

Q. Can we bring our own food or alcohol?
A. All food and beverage is prepared by our award-winning chefs.

Q. Can we make changes to our menu selections?
A. It is your day; we can change any menu item up to 72 hours prior, unless an item had to be special ordered per your request.
