HOW MUCH IS PARKING AT THE HOTEL?

Valet parking is available to overnight guests

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
Guests must be 21 years of age to rent a room. Guests 17 years of age and younger are considered children.


IS THE HOTEL PET FRIENDLY?

Omni William Penn Hotel is a pet-friendly hotel. Guests must have a valid credit card on their reservation. The weight of the pet is not to exceed 25 pounds (larger dogs must have prior approval by a hotel manager). A non-refundable cleaning fee of $125 (per stay, per room) will be charged at check-in, for basic cleaning of pet hair and odor (additional charges for damage may be imposed). Please present your four-legged friend at check in. The pet must also be placed in a carrier / crate when housekeeping or engineering enters the room or when unsupervised in your guest room. Pets are not permitted in our dining outlets. One pet is allowed per guest room. If guest plans to have two or more animals in the room, he or she must contact the hotel directly to discuss. Only dogs and cats are permitted. Extreme or wild animals are not authorized. In the event a pet creates a noise disturbance or is otherwise a source of guest complaints, the hotel reserves the right to require the guest to remove the pet. The hotel, at its discretion, is not required to provide any warning or second chance for violation of this policy. The guest agrees to pay the hotel for the cost of repairing any damage caused by the pet. The charges for such damages will be charged to the guest credit card on file. The guest will be required to sign a document accepting complete financial responsibility for any damage caused by the pet. Guide dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from the pet policy; there is no weight limit or pet fee.
