Omni Providence Hotel provides a welcome collection of Rhode Island meeting rooms for your upcoming corporate event. Connected to the Rhode Island Convention Center, we can offer access to 200,000 square feet of meeting space for conferences and presentations and inviting pre-function rooms for breakout sessions. Our largest ballroom measures 8,098 square-feet and can be configured to suit your requirements. And all of our 20 meeting rooms are installed with state-of-the-art AV equipment for seamless communication with your audience.

If I could give 11 stars on things I would. The experience I have year over year with the staff at the Omni is second to none. On both the hotel room end and event end. The entire process is an absolute pleasure from start to finish, from booking to the staff serving the beverages and food day of, everything is always wonderful.
I attended a two day work conference which required a night stay at the Omni. We were served several meals throughout the conference and the food was absolutely delicious. Staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. Definitely worth a trip back!

Omni Providence Hotel can host anywhere up to 800 attendees.

The Omni Safe & Clean initiative follows the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and each individual Omni location will adhere to local and/or federal mandates. Associates conduct daily health screening, including temperature checks; Frequent sanitation of all associate common areas; Thorough re-training on proper hygiene and best practices; Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
