For COVID-19


We are grateful for your continued patronage and we look forward to welcoming you to our hotel for your next stay.

During this unprecedented time we have made changes as necessary to adhere to new policies put in place for each respective location. In addition to our original cleaning and operating standards, we are adding additional ways to meet guest expectations and strict cleaning guidelines. At various times there may be changes in operations to valet offerings, amenities, service protocols, etc. due to the nature of the COVID response. We appreciate your patience during this time as we maintain efforts to adhere to all measures put in place to ensure the safety of our guests and associates.

New cleaning and policies put in place include the following and are tentative to change:

Employees and patrons must maintain at least six feet of physical distancing between individuals who are not family members.
All employees and patrons over the age of five must wear a mask over their nose and mouth, except while eating or drinking.
No alcoholic beverage shall be sold, consumed, or possessed on premises between 12:00 a.m.-5:00 a.m. in any restaurant.
All public and private in-person gatherings of more than 50 individuals indoors and 100 individuals outdoors are prohibited.

The health and safety of our guests and associates has always been, and will always be, our top priority.

Parking & Transportation
Our new “Omni Safe & Clean” initiative encourages self-parking. As such, valet services are not currently offered.
Self parking options include the James Center Parking deck directly beneath hotel for $5/hour or $25/day.
Unlimited in and out privileges are available from the front desk upon check-in.
Guest must acquire a parking pass prior to entering the garage.

Starbucks:
7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. daily

Trevi's Lounge:
Thursday – Saturday 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Sunday – Wednesday: Closed

Temporarily Closed:
Trevi's Grille, Trevi's Market, In-Room Dining
Pool / Fitness Center
Pool and sundeck amenities are available to registered guests only.
Pool area is for individual swimming and exercise only, parties are not permitted in this area.
Please contact our Sales and Catering office for available event spaces at 804-344-7241.
The Pool is now open for lap swimming and exercise from 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Must maintain social distancing per State Guidelines.
The Fitness Center is now open 24 hours a day.

Business Center
Open 24 hours with guest key access. Located on the 2nd floor adjacent to guest elevators.
