Vendor Selection Assistance

Your Catering Sales Manager is here to assist you with many details of your wedding. Though you are welcome to bring in your own vendors, we have a thorough vendor list and will personally consult with you on whom might be a great fit for your wedding. Whomever you choose, we will personally contact each one prior to the wedding day to assist in arranging delivery and set up times.

Guest Room Blocks

At Omni San Antonio Hotel at the Colonnade, we want to tailor your wedding to your specific wishes. In addition to assistance with planning your wedding, reception, and brunches, we would like to provide guest room accommodations for you and your guests. Audio Visual

Omni San Antonio Hotel at the Colonnade maintains a complete in-house audio/ visual service. This equipment is available for rental and will be set up and tested prior to your event. A price list is available for your reference. No audio/visual equipment may be brought into the hotel without prior approval.
