Papago Ballroom: This 2,900-square-foot grand salon is divisible into two salons to accommodate conferences and allows for general sessions, exhibits and private events. Centrally located to the south of the reception area, the Papago offers privacy and convenience. The Papago Terrace offers a scenic venue for outdoor receptions, breakfasts, luncheons or dinners and refreshment breaks.

Ironwood Ballroom: The newly remodeled Ironwood Salons combine for a 2,650–square-foot intimate meeting room and provide versatility for smaller break-out sessions and conferences. Located adjacent to the Ironwood Terrace overlooking the 18th hole, the outdoor venues offer additional flexibility. Named after the Sonoran Course's logo, the Ironwood tree, the décor complements the natural environment throughout the resort.

Salons: The Cypress, Desert Willow, Navajo and Bella Vista salons are located on the upper level of the Posada and convenient to the reception area. These salons are permanent rooms that provide ideal conference and private dining venues. The cypress tree, imported for the many beautiful residences surrounding the fairways, can be enjoyed from a variety of vantage points. The Navajo represents the Madrean Sky Islands, which are intensive mountaintops viewed from above our Sonoran Desert.

Special Event Outdoor Venues: Omni Tucson National Resort provides unique venues for special event gatherings from a traditional Tucson-style barbeque at the Mesquite Corral located at the resort to a traditional, sophisticated lawn event. Gardens may also be enjoyed for outdoor activities, team building, private fitness/meditation classes and celebrations, offering a change of pace to enjoy the spirit of the desert and the majestic Santa Catalinas.
