Housekeeping
Every villa unit is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. The Villas of Amelia Island
does not offer daily housekeeping service.
Guest Services
Please note, guests staying at The Villas must check-in at the Omni Amelia Island Resort.
The guest arrival journey will provide a limited touch check-in process. 
Parking & Transportation
On property tram service is available daily 8 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. Self parking available at each villa complex.

Activities

BEACH: The southern part of Amelia Island is currently under a beach renourishment project led by the South Amelia
Island Shore Stabilization Association. This will cause temporary closures of portions of the beach. Beach access locations will depend based
on your stay dates and location of the project equipment at that particular time. Our resort guests have access to over three miles of beach, therefore
our team will be ready to communicate at check-in time which areas are available to access the beach.
