MEETING PLANNER AWARDED A MILLION AIRLINE MILES FROM OMNI HOTELS
Irving, TX (February 10, 2009) – As part of Omni Hotels’ “10K Flyaway” campaign, meeting planner Jennifer Hester, a learning consultant for Bank of America [Global Wealth and Investment Management] was recently surprised with one million Delta Airlines SkyMiles and 20 weekend certificates to stay at any Omni Hotels’ property across the brand. Jennifer was the recipient of the "A Million Sensational Miles Sweepstakes," an initiative which was conducted along with the “10K Flyaway” meetings offer.
In a special reception at the Omni Charlotte Hotel in North Carolina, Tom Santora, chief marketing officer and senior vice president of sales for Omni Hotels, presented the million miles to Hester with a super-sized boarding pass.

The “10K Flyaway” program enables meeting planners to earn 10,000 airline miles for every 100 room nights consumed as well as five percent off the master bill. The “10K Flyaway” offer is now valid when a meeting is contracted by May 31, 2009 and consumed by December 31, 2009.
