Luxury Hotel in Coastal Destination Offers Spring Breaks for Kids of All Ages

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (February 17, 2012) - For families looking for exciting spring break fun, the Omni Corpus Christi Hotel offers other kids and their parents a variety of family packages starting from $199/night. The popular Texas State Aquarium package includes Aquarium tickets, breakfast buffet, parking and a plush baby otter. The USS Lexington package includes tickets for the entire family, breakfast buffet and parking. Plus, all children 12 and under eat for free when they are with their parents.

For some indulgence, families can book the Omni Kids Suite package that features a two bedroom suite, one for the parents and one for the kids. The kid’s room is filled with games, kids bedding, an art table, toys and play area. The Kids Suite Package also includes tickets to the Texas State Aquarium and USS Lexington, breakfast buffet, parking, a dolphin encounter and picnic lunch.

Every kid loves the iconic Omni Sensational Kids program because staying at an Omni is just plain fun! It’s the luxury hotel brand’s way of making children feel special during an enjoyable and memorable family stay. As part of the program, every kid receives an Omni Sensational Kids backpack, specially designed by kids and filled with goodies, such as an explorer game map, as well as milk and cookies on their first night in their guest room. Parents also can check out a rolling backpack, which contains more games and books for children to enjoy.

The Omni Corpus Christi Hotel will show dive-in movies every night from March 9 through 18 at 8:30 p.m., offering guests entertainment with complimentary popcorn and lemonade. Local special events planned for Spring Break in Texas this year including Cirque du Soleil presenting Dralion on March 11, “Spring Break on the Coast at Concrete Street” (featuring Randy Rogers Band, Kevin Fowler, Kyle Park and Turnpike Troubadours) on March 16 and Cassidy’s St Patrick Day Block Festival and Parade on March 17.
